Did you already have .pfx file( server certificate) and .cer file(root certificate)?
If not, you have to export from IIS or IE?
After you have these file, you can use openssl x509 and pkcs12 command to convert them to pem format. Please
read openssl doc to find out how to use these command.
MSDN SITE has instruction how to export Certificate file?
