I've got an application that's using 
TClientSocket, but whenever the server application 
side of the connection is not responding, I get 
the 10061 error - which is fine.  My app retrys 
the connection in the hopes the server comes back 
up.  After not quite 4000 iterations of trying the 
connection, I suddenly get the 10055 no buffer 
space error, which I have not yet been able to 
recover from.  I've tried just closing and 
reopening the client socket, and also deleting and 
recreating the socket. Both produce the same 
effect.  Is this a problem with TClientSocket or 
is there some procedural thing I'm missing with it?
