Why do I keep getting this error even when the DLLs are everywhere
also, I have the following on a form so far....

IdTCPServer1
IdServerInterceptOpenSSL1

IdTCPClient1
IdConnectionInterceptOpenSSL1

The ports are 22, the server is active.....

I was able to connect the interceptors to the clients and servers 
respectfully (easy) I put in Certificate files that I built with OpenSSL
But I keep getting the error "Could not Load SSL Library"..

I am using Indy that comes with C++ Builder 6.0
