Hi, Gambit
What I did is to add "#include <winsock2.h>" onthe top of each .cpp file in order to remove the compiling error of "Multiple declaration between winsock.h and winsock2.h"
Now it allows me to build exe file without erro. But 
I can not start service application using start->run "C:\Program Files\Wallace\WTS\WTS.exe" /install"
It pop up window with error of encounter a problem.

Also what do you mean start service via SCM?
Wha is SCM?
