What does "C++ Enabled" mean?
Also, what does "Stable" mean?

I am in a pinch because I am on the new BDS2007 compiler and have a robot 
interface for a customer that I need to get working again in a week or so.
I converted the code to the Indy 10 but have not been able to get a socket 
connection yet.
