Hi all, I have written a component derived from TIdTCPClient which implements a proprietary protocol. When I connect to the server directly everything works fine, but now it's required to connect via a SOCKS proxy. So I use a TIdSocksInfo and do like the Indy KB says (http://www.indyproject.org/KB/tidtcpclientsocks.htm), but the client apparently doesn't even try to use the SOCKS but still connects directly. Do you have a more detailed How-To or an working example? Thanks, Gunnar
