Your router has an internet ipaddress. The client on the internet should use
the internet ipaddress of the router and the port your server is listening
on. Then you should configure your router in such a way that it forwards that 
specific port. It should translate/forward messages for internetip:port
to localip:port. This is also called NAT Netword Address Transslation.
