I need to broadcast an udp message to port 9999.
This message contains the ip address and the port used to send this message.
The devices listening at port 9999 sends back they ip addres with another
UDP message.

The devices are working ok, but i'm not able to do the app that broadcast
the message with bcb6. What component sould i use? tUDPSocket, the indy
UDPClient (or the server) ?

i'm a bit confused.
