Hi,

I am trying to use TIDHTTP from a number of threads (one for each, created
on the fly).

If I use a Synchronize-ed method to execute the Get() method then all is
well, but if I don't the application hangs somewhere in the Get(). I have
therefore assumed TIDHTTP is not thread safe, can anyone confirm this.

The reason I'm wanting to spin a number of HTTP threads is I am building a
web server load tester, so having to go through Synchronize() really is not
an option for me (cos is always ends up with one connection at a time).

If Indy does have a threading issue in the respect does anyone know of a
thread safe HTTP client type comp or do I need to "get WinSocking" ???

Regards,

Paul.
