Assuming you are using TIdHTTP, those are handled automatically, provided 
the server is sending back a proper error response at the HTTP level.  When 
that happens, TIdHTTP will throw an exception that you can catch.  If, on 
the other hand, the server is sending a success response instead of an error 
response, then an exception will not be thrown, and you will have to parse 
the returned HTML manually instead.
