Then you are not sending the full BMP to begin with, or you are not
displaying it correctly after recieving it.  Also keep in mind that the
server code you showed is not thread-safe, so make sure that no other thread
is modifying the BMP while it is being stored into the TStream that will be
sent.

No, because you are setting the AAll parameter of WriteStream() to true,
which will send the entire stream.
