Responding to UDP client from a Receiving Indy UDP Server
#112

Hi all,
I have this Indy(9) UDP Server class that is getting
packets from a UDP Client.
In fact this is a RADIUS Server I am working
on.

Question: How do I know what return port to use
in order to send a response to the client from the
server.

When I packet sniff a working session, I see arbitrary
ports that does not seem related to the RADIUS
protocol.

Thanks all..
Colin..

The TIdSocketHandle object that is passed as the ABinding parameter of the
OnUDPRead event handler gives you that informaiton.
