Indy10 and BCB again

I have started a new test to compile Indy10 with BCB5. I manually
created the package projects IndySystem50.bpk, IndyCore50.bpk and
IndyProtocols50.bpk. The first and the second package succeeded in
compiling but the last one failed. The problem is IdZLib.pas. This file
makes the compiler crashing ('access violation... in module dcc50.dll').

Is there a solution to solve this problem?

I changed projects settings to release version instead of debug version
and now Indy10 IS COMPILED with BCB5.

But I get a runtime error when using my Pop3-client program that was now
compiled with Indy10:

void __fastcall TForm1::Button1Click(TObject *Sender)
{
	try
	{
		Pop3->Connect();
		int n = Pop3->CheckMessages();
		for(int i=1; i<=n; i++)
		{
			TIdMessage* Msg = new TIdMessage(Pop3);
			Pop3->Retrieve(i, Msg);
			ShowMessage(Msg->Subject);
			delete Msg;
		}
		Pop3->Disconnect();
	}
	catch(Sysutils::Exception& e)
	{
		Application->ShowException(&e);
	}
}

If I call 'Retrieve' I get:

Assertion failed:
(C:\ProgramFiles\Borland\CBuilder5\Components\Indy10\Lib\System\IdGlobal.pas,
  line 2528)

Any idea, what's wrong now?

In the latest snapshot, line 2528 is inside the IndyLength(String)
function. There is an asserion on that line indicating that the
caller passed in a starting Index that is <= 0, which is invalid for a
String. Is that the same asserion that you are actually experiencing?

Yes, it is. And the assertion occurs for i=1. (There are 5 messages on
the pop3-server.)
