If you read the newsgroup archives, you would see that this has been asked
and answered many times before.

Yes, full C++ support for Indy 10 is planned.  It is already in the works,
and has been for a long time now.  No, there is no ETA for it right now.  I
am the ONLY person working on C++ support for it, and I am swamped with
other things, so I don't have much time to work on Indy lately.  ALOT of
people want it, but NOONE has stepped forward to help me with it.
