I basically have the same question as this person;

How do I downgrade to Indy 9? Supposedly both versions were installed, but 
only the Indy 10 was registered.  The docs said I could change which version 
was registered, but I can't figure out how.

Use the BDS installer to uninstall Indy.  Then delete all of the lingering
Indy files from the machine.  Then run the BDS installer again selecting
Indy 9 instead.
