Hello, i have a Problem with an incomming Mail that uses Boundary. The Mail includes 2 main Body's seperated via Boundary. The attachments in the Main Body will be saved but the attachment in the second part dont. The second part still exists in the idMessage->Body->Text. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance thomas

The second part still exists in the idMessage->Body->Text. Which version of Indy are you using? Can you please show the actual message data? What you describe suggests that TIdMessage is unable to parse the data correctly. Gambit

>>>Which version of Indy are you using? I use the Version which was delivered with C++ Builder 2007. >>>What you describe suggests that TIdMessage is unable to parse the data correctly. this is my presumtion as well. I have done lot of Debugs and found out the the idMessage will not seperate the Parts completly. If you look to the Message there are 2 Mainparts separated by the Boundary '------A1158758294' the first part has some more parts which where find in 'idMessage->MessageParts->Items[i]' but the second mainpart is not separated into Parts. You find it in 'idMessage->Body->Text' which should be (from my understanding) be empty. But the secon part dont start with the Boundary '------A1158758294' instead it start with the Close of the Mainpart '--Fax2Mail28570-alt-- ------A1158758294 ' So from my Point of view the Messageidparser has a Problem. >>>Can you please show the actual message data? Can you give me an E-Mail adresse to send to because as soon as i put the message body in here it denies the Entry of this Message (he recognise the Mailbody as Attachment) thanks for your help in advance Thomas P.S. if necessary i can give you the accountdata where you can receive such a Mail for testing. RAD2007 shipped with 10.1.5. The current version is 10.2.3. There have been many changes and fixes in Indy's internals between the two versions. You should try upgrading and see if the problem continues. > Can you give me an E-Mail adresse to send to because as > soon as i put the message body in here it denies the Entry > of this Message (he recognise the Mailbody as Attachment) Send attachments to the borland.public.attachments newsgroup. Otherwise, simply copy/paste the data into your text instead. Gambit

Hi, i was not able to get the nightly Build installed. I only have C++Builder 2007 and whenever i try to open one of the Files it tells me that there is no Delphi bla installed on my System (which is Correct) so how can i get this new Version installed without having Delphi. C++Builder always ships with a command-line Delphi compiler, dcc32.exe. Indy 10 has command-line scripts to compile Indy using it. Gambit
