Hello all.

I have a file over internet at http://something.com/~web/test.gif

Is there any way to get the file's "Modified Date" information.

Thanks

	HANDLE	f,ff,ft;
	WIN32_FIND_DATA FindFrom;
	WIN32_FIND_DATA FindTo;

	ff = FtpFindFirstFile( hFTPSession, from, &FindFrom, INTERNET_FLAG_RELOAD, NULL );
	ft = FindFirstFile( orig, &FindTo );
	cft = CompareFileTime( &FindFrom.ftLastWriteTime, &FindTo.ftLastWriteTime );

If you would rather use Indy instead of Win32, there is a similar function there.

If you use Indy's TIdHTTP component, you can use its Head() method to
request information about the file without actually downloading it. After
calling head(), you can look at the Response->LastModified property.
