force webbrowser to open new window

I use BCB4 pro and have imported the Microsoft Internet Controls. I
have successfully loaded a local html file with links in it. When I
click a link I'd like it to respond in the same way a shift-click or
right-click and Open in New Window does...in other words, open up IE.
Any pointers/ideas? I've read Microsoft's docs and done some googling
but seems everyone else is concerned with stopping new windows, which
is opposite of what I want.

TIA

ShellExecute() the URL.

You did not tell that you use TCppWebBrowser. If you do then use
the OnBeforeNavigate event to determine if you open the link in
a new window.

Hans.
