I use C++Builder 4 Pro and would like to know how to send a Form by using Code rather than using my browser and filling in the form and clicking the Submit Button?

The code from the form when collated into a string is like this:

https://netbet.tabonline.com.au/netbet/NBEWPFrm.asp?BetTxnType=0&BetID=-1&PreSale=&location=A&code=R&Investment1=1&Investment2=&RaceNumber=3&Selection=12

How could I send that from a C++ Builder Program?
