Winsock2 API
#5379

I am trying to convert some of my Winsock code to use Winsock2 API calls,
but because Borland chooses to include winsock.h if you include any .hpp
files, I get massive conflicts between winsock.h and winsock2.h. What is
the recommended way to implement Winsock2 usage in Borland C++ Builder 6.0
Enterprise?

Don't include anything that uses winsock.h to begin with. Also, if
winsock2.h gets included before winsock.h does, winsock2.h will disable
winsock.h.

If I want to use IOCP to deploy my network app.what should i do?

Because borland's header file and lib file is old.I want to use some new
features ,but my c++builder 6 don't support.what should i do to get these
new features.

Indy 10 (http://www.indyproject.org) supports IOCP.

I add conditions: _WINSOCKAPI_ and NO_WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN,
and now have 11 errors:
 Winsock.hpp E2257 , expected
 ..
That's wrong?
