Does anyone have SSL working in C++ Builder 2007 with Indy 10?

I cannot get the OpenSSL Handler + TIdHTTP working properly in Indy 10 
in C++ Builder 2007.  Every time I try to make a connection, I get a 
Read Timeout error.  Has anyone been able to make this work?
