Hello All:

I would like to develop an application as a server and capable to
"Broadcast" messages to all client connections via TCP/IP.
How can I do? Any components I can use? Methods? ...
Thanks,

TCP/IP has no broadcasting capabilities.

Whichever server component you decide to use is likely to provide access to
the list of active clients. You will simply have to loop through that list,
sending your data packet to each client individually.

Broadcast is best done via UDP.
Note you get no certainty of response, but my experience in an office
environment with adequate bandwidth it is *Pretty good*.
I use this method extensively, but I am also sending the data as
updates every 5 seconds, so if it does not get through on the first
go, it will eventually.
