ok more problems,

i did a search and found (as noted in some elses earlier post) that some of
the properties could be changed in the registry at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PageSetup
which is taken from :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PageSetup
 if it doesn't exist

this contains, header footer and margins but not orientation :(
unfortunately i need to default to landscape :(

i then tried using css but that option isn't available to me as there are
nested tables which it don't get changed :(
Really struggling to find a work around any suggestions?
