Peoples are suggesting Indy , but in addition I can write some FastNet
codes;

  SMTP->UserID="useridfromsite";

  SMTP->PostMessage->FromName="Screen Name";
  SMTP->PostMessage->ReplyTo="a_reply@address.sth";
  SMTP->PostMessage->Subject="Subject";
  SMTP->PostMessage->ToAddress->Add("a@b.c");//because its a list
  SMTP->PostMessage->Body->Add("hello world");//TStringList
  SMTP->PostMessage->Date=Date();
  SMTP->Connect();
  SMTP->SendMail();
Sorry if I wrote a very simple one
you can check return values , error catcher such as try{}catch() etc...
