One way it to simply declare dllpath as 'extern' in Unit2, ie:

    --- MyDll.cpp ---

    char dllpath[MAX_PATH+1];

    int WINAPI DllEntryPoint(HINSTANCE hinst, unsigned long reason, void*)
    {
        if( reason == DLL_PROCESS_ATTACH ) {
            GetModuleFileName(hinst, dllpath, MAX_PATH);
            //...
        }
    }


    --- Unit2.cpp ---

    extern char dllpath[];

    // use dllpath as needed...
