Of course.  TCppWebBrowser is just a wrapper for IE's ActiveX object, so it
can do everything the main IE browser can do.

Yes.  However, TCppWebBrowser is a visual component, and what you describe
are not visual operations (unless you are going to display the form to the
user to fill in), so TCppWebBrowser might be overkill for your needs.
