I've solved problem in such way:

0. Close CB2007
1. Delete in registry following key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{F8FEDD39-
E3CE-4B8D-A657-9CA24686881F}
2. Open command shell
3. Type in shell "cd c:\kerb\dev\BCB_2007_Lite\Bin" (c:\kerb\dev
\BCB_2007_Lite\ - directory I have CBuilder 2007 installed )
4. Type in shell "regasm Borland.Studio.Toolsets.dll"
5. Run CB2007 and open your project
6. Enjoy ;)
