No, there is no compatibility between project files.
You can use a project conversion utility or rewrite the project file (adding
sources files in the ide, I mean)

Anyway, I want to tell you that clx under windows/bcb has many problems:
look at my last messages in the newsgroup about bcb and delphi and kylix
