I have problem with project (fromc c++v6) use qrchart .

The new version not include QRChart?

The error of compilation is:
impossible open: Qrprntr.hpp Qr3const.hpp, Qrprgres.hpp

Maybe I'm mistaken, but QuickReports is't distributed with BDS.

Try replacing with Rave Reports (*sigh* I know the feeling).
