I am working with 'Borland Developer Studio 2006-C++ Builder' Update 1 and 2
installed. The problem that my ide freezes when I reach a breakpoint in the
debug mode I have in other projects with totally different functions as
well. The following code is just one example that I could isolate.

The only thing I did was creating a new C++Builder Project (VCL Form
Application) and adding a button with the following function. If I set a
breakpoint in front of the last line of the following function, the ide
freezes when I reach this breakpoint.

void __fastcall TForm1::Button1Click(TObject *Sender)
{
    typedef struct
    {
        TDateTime dtDate;
        double dValue;
        double dPercentageChange;
    }
    sTimeSeries;

    sTimeSeries aData[2000];
}
