can't compile an application that was started in linux with g++

hi there,
i have started a small application in linux to read so values from
text files .
the code does what it is supposed to do in linux when compiling it
with g++

migrating the code to c++builder though, i can not compile it.
i would be sending the sources as is but they are quite big. still if
you want to try and compile it ask me for them.

i made a new project, i added the sources to it.

the compiler errors i get are concerned with files

xlocinfo and xlocale.
there is lots of them so no point i showing them here.

note that im only using standard c++ and stl libraries.

since i am completely new to borland c++, assume no knowledge on
migrate compiling on my side. so it could even be that a makefile is
missing and i wouldn't notice it... so to speak..
thank you for your help
