In converting a small .lib / .h set written in msvc++, Borland keeps erroring on these sets of PACKAGE () . Can someone please tell me wht these are, and what their equivilent is in borland? Thank you very much. Example code: #ifndef PACKAGE #define PACKAGE(x) #define ENDPACKAGE(x) #endif PACKAGE(ImmutableTypes); #ifndef _TXTYPES_ // Our types follow typedef unsigned char byte; #if defined(_MSC_VER) typedef __int64 llong; typedef unsigned __int64 ullong; #else typedef long long llong; typedef unsigned long long ullong; #endif typedef unsigned int uint; typedef unsigned long ulong; typedef unsigned char uchar; typedef unsigned short ushort; #endif ENDPACKAGE(ImmutableTypes);

CBuilder 6 has a utility to import old Visual Studio 6 projects ( there is no support for more recent versions like VS.net ). The purpose of this is to read .dsp & .dsw projects and translate the Microsoft compiler and linker command line switches to equivalent Borland compiler and linker switches. Aside from that, it assumes that any source files in the project conform to borland C++. I put your code into a small C++ project in BCB6 and it compiled without error. As far as borland C++ is concerned, PACKAGE is just another macro, so you'd need to check on microsoft groups to see if it has special meaning in Visual Studio.
