I�ve got an error message:
[LinkerError] Unable to open file 'CPORTLIBCB3.LIB'.

I�d search this file in my all HD but there are no traces
of it.

How I can solve this error?

Do you need the 'CPORTLIBCB3.LIB' ?
If not. Open the projects .bpr with notepad, remove the declaration for the 
'CPORTLIBCB3.LIB', save it. Open with BCB and compile/link.
