OWL in BCB6

Hi All,

Could someone please let me know what happened to OWL as of C++Builder 6? I
recently bought the compiler in order to (hopefully) port an old Borland C++
5.02 and C++Builder 3 set of apps to C++Builder 6.

But, I found out quickly that BCB6 does not have OWL. Is OWL somehow
available from Borland (even if I have to compile it myself)? I've seen
that there is an OWL project on SourceForge, but I have not seen any mention
of OWL for BCB6.

Thanks in Advance!
Corey.

OWL is no longer shipped supported with BCB. Not sure which was the
last version to contain it, probably 3 or 4.

The OWLNext project continues to support OWL, providing bug-fixes,
solving compatiblity problems etc. It has no rights to the OWL library
though, and only ships patches which you apply to your existing,
licensed copy of OWL.

If you are have BCB3 then you probably have all the OWL sources and
license that you need. If you take on new developers I am not sure
where you can obtain additional licenses. I can try to find out if it
matters for you.
