I have a working VFW video frame grabber application and would like to scale the live capture preview window down to a smaller size. I thought that was what 'capPreviewScale' was for but it's not working that way. My target users will probably have a USB webcam but, unfortunately, my only test device is a Sony Digital8 camcorder via firewire port. The only video format it supports is 720x480 and cannot be scaled down directly. Is there no other way than to do this manually (via TImage resizing, etc)? Thanks, Richard PS: Yes, I know DataStead's TVideoGrabber would do this nicely and that I should be using it; BUT it's just too expensive for what I'm doing.
