	With media player, once you open the file, you can resize the
area it plays in, and resize the TRect of the media.

TRect Rec;
MediaPlayer->Display = Form1;
MediaPlayer->Open();
Rec.Left = 0;
Rec.Top = 0;
Rec.Right = Form1.Width;
Rec.Bottom = Form1.Height;
MediaPlayer->DisplayRect = Rec;

This way you can streach the form to the size of your screen, and the
video will be playing full screen.

You can also place some code like this in the form resize event, that
way you can size the form to whatever you want, and the video will
stay that size.

I don't know why you are having so much problems playing MPEG files, I
play them all the time with TMediaPlayer.

p.s. If anyone wishes to send me a email, my address was changed to
mcrapo@tng-boi.com - Seems AT&T @Home gave up there contract and so
I have been kicked out of my EMail home.
