You'll need to add a couple of strings to the registry at location :-

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\MCI Extensions

I added strings called ogg, mov, rm, and ram, and set their strings to 
MPEGVideo. You will be able to "play" these with a TMediaPlayer object, as 
long as you have the relevant codecs. If you want a good OGG codec, I have one 
on my website for Windows ACM at http://www.jacobsm.com/oggvorbisacm.zip
