No, buffer two should be queued _before_ the first buffer is returned
to you. If you look at my previous msg you'll see that the process is
begun by queueing both buffers.

Imagine that the incoming data is a stream of water flowing out of a
tap, and you have two buckets to transfer it. The way to catch all the
water is to always have a bucket ready below when the top one fills.
Try it in your kitchen sink with two cups to get the idea :-)
