TMediaPlayer Problem with Notify Event - HELP!

I have a TMediaPlayer that is used for either sound or video clips.
I have my own buttons for Play, Pause and Resume.
When Play is clicked, I do a Notify = true and Play();
When Pause is clicked, I do a Notify = true and PauseOnly();
When Resume is clicked, I do a Notify = true and Resume();
If I just click Play, I get a Notify event when the play is complete.
If I click Play, then click Pause and then Resume, I don't get a Notify
event when play is complete.
This is a serious problem, because I want to close the window when it's
done playing.

Is this a bug, or is there something I am doing wrong?
And is there a good piece of documentation for TMediaPlayer somewhere?
