Will not compile because Bitmap is inaccessible. But ..

#include <jpeg.hpp>

class THackJPEGImage : TJPEGImage
   {
    public:
     __property Bitmap;
   } ;

   Graphics::TBitmap *Bitmap = new Graphics::TBitmap;

   Bitmap->Assign ( ((THackJPEGImage*)JPEGImage)->Bitmap);

does compile. And it assigns. So you could use the intern
Bitmap in this way directly.
