I got it working now.
I using:
BYTE *MemPtr = lpVHdr->lpData;
stream->Write(MemPtr, lpVHdr->dwBytesUsed);
stream->Position = 0;
JPEGImage->LoadFromStream ( stream );
Bitmap->Assign ( JPEGImage);

But I am going to try your "hack" and se if it's faster.
I making a aplikation that measures a drop of water. Angle, Height, Volume 
etc.
I  need the speed becuse I measure while the waterdrop absorbs or dunsting.
