There is no TRGBTriple declared in C++.  It is a Delphi-specifc type that
mimics the RGBTRIPLE structure defined by the Win32 API in wingdi.h:

    #include <pshpack1.h>
    typedef struct tagRGBTRIPLE {
        BYTE    rgbtBlue;
        BYTE    rgbtGreen;
        BYTE    rgbtRed;
    } RGBTRIPLE;
    #include <poppack.h>
