Everything compiles fine but non of the test programs can be run
properly. For example "testsprite.exe" pops-upan error message:

"The procedure entry point SDL_DisplayFormat could not be located in the
Dynamic library SDL.DLL"

(btw, sdl.dll is in my winnt/system32 dir, I copied all the includes and
libs in the right place).

Any clue what I'm doing wrong?
