you have to surf the registry to obtain these information,
this is the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkCards
you'll find a key for each network card you've got on board. There you 
can find adapters' description.
For each key you have to search for another key to get ip address , mac 
address ect..
the key is given by
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\+id+\Parameters\Tcpip
where id is the one returned by the firt query.
For more information try to look to these key with regedit and you'll 
find what you need.
