Hey Eugene,

I just tried what you were sugguesting, but it didn't work.  The "Disk
Cleanup.exe", skipped right over my file.  Also, if I read that attribute
correctly, it sounds like it affects where Windows stores the file, in
memory, and not sure much as to how Windows sees it.  If that makes sense.

Also,  I actually create the files through the FileString->CopyFrom()
function.  I do this because the file is stored in a database as a BLOB.  So
I tried using the full file name, after I created the file, to set the file
attribute.  The SetFileAttributes call looks like this,
"SetFileAttributes(TmpFileName.c_str(), FILE_ATTRIBUTE_TEMPORARY)".

I don't know if this is correct, but like I said.  I didn't get it to do
what I wanted it to.
