Hi,

I'm having some problems with converting timestamps.
My application reads out entries from the NTFS change
journal. All journal records have a LARGE_INTEGER
UTC time stamp for the change that occurred in the file system.

How do I convert this time stamp to TDateTime keeping it UTC?

Which APIs should I use to convert from a given TDateTime
in local time to an UTC LARGE_INTEGER and vice versa.
(including summer time differences)

The OSs in use are Win2000/XP.
