  Well that was the first thing I did (I always do that  when I get troubles
with WinXP privileges and non administrative users)...
And running my application on such folder did not work as well!:(
The CreateProcessAsUser version still claims that the clients has not the
required privileges to call the function itself, while the CreateProcess
version opens the external application that immediately closes!?!
