I want to monitor a folder so that I can know when a particular
file(s) has been modified.
I found the win32 FindFirstChangeNotification but the docs say:
"... For operating systems that use extensive caching,
detection occurs only when the cache is sufficiently
flushed.".
Is there some way that I can deal with this condition?
