Could someone help me with this.

In a closed environment ( our work ) we wouls like to disable some menu
options in MSWord depending upon the user. So we check the user via our
database and then know if the options should be diabled.

My problem is how do I disable a menu option in word from my application.
Could someone point me in the right direction.
