Assume that my project requires
include files in following directories;
    1- c:\Prj1\Include
    2- c:\Prj2\Include
    3- d:\MatLib\Include
and should compile all of the CPP files in the following directories
    1- c:\Prj1\Src
    2- c:\Prj2\Src
    3- d:\MatLib\Src
and should link the following LIB files
   1- d:\Matlib\Lib\Matrix.lib
   2- d:\Matlib\Lib\FFT.lib
and should use the following directory for the Intermediate files
   1- c:\TEMP\Intermediate
and should use the following directory for the CSM files
   1- c:\TEMP\Lib
and should use the following directory for the EXE file
   1- c:\TEMP\Final

Question :
 How to write a "makefile" to use the "make" utility to compile with
bcc32.exe ?
